Grace is what allows us to be whole. It does not ask us to choose between showing only our strength or hiding away our struggles. Instead, it makes room for both, the victories we are proud of and the private battles we carry quietly. When we let grace in, we can honor the full truth of who we are without shame and without pretending. - Rachel

A Modern Approach to the 12 Steps Through Shadow Work and Spiritual Integration
Recovery has saved millions of lives since 1934. The spiritual foundation works. The fellowship works. The steps work. Mine included, 20+ years and it changes so much through the years.
The world looks different now. With more information, access to technology, and understanding of historical beliefs, the first three steps require us to bring honesty, open-mindedness, willingness, and faith in a power greater than ourselves, as we go deep to find the subtle (or not so subtle) places where additional healing waits.
Just as Ebby Thatcher carried a message to Bill W., I'm carrying forward what I've discovered in my own recovery. It started on a Sunday afternoon while I was recovering from an illness and scrolling TikTok, where a complete stranger was sharing with courage, grace, and gratitude their experience, strength, healing process of recovery, shadow work and spiritual awakening. It felt like a day 1 resonance after 20 years.
I created this introduction to honor the original gift of the 12 steps while bringing forward what I've learned about trauma, shadow work, and deep healing. This is a gift I feel called to share, because when we shine our authentic light connected to our higher power with grace and gratitude, we step into heart-centered living.
For anyone ready to explore the spiritual solution with tools that honor grace and gratitude. All registrations include a complimentary grace and gratitude heart set.

Grace and Gratitude Tour
The Million Heart Movement was started to bring people together through presence, grace, and gratitude. I created the Grace and Gratitude Tour to travel the U.S., meet people where they are, and witness the ways we are all connected. When we see ourselves in others, both in what we celebrate and in what we struggle with, we open the path to healing, understanding, and true connection.”
