The Shadow & The Light" is a 4-week seminar and learning space focused on cultivating grace and gratitude through deep personal exploration within a safe, non-judgmental space. Open to anyone, this course uses recovery principles and weekly themes like honesty and acceptance to guide participants toward connection and wisdom.
Week 1: Honesty
Week 2: Open, Willing
Week 3: Acceptance and Knowing
Week 4: Connection to Wisdom
